On entering the meurer LPA palletiser, rows of product are
collated and transferred onto a platform. Once the layer is
complete, according to the set pattern, the platform, which
is mounted onto a vertically travelling carriage, is lowered to
the height of the pallet. A retracting panel deposits the layer
of products onto the pallet. The exact position of the layer
on the pallet is ensured by the lateral alignment of the
products prior to their placing on the pallet.
 
On entering the meurer CPA palletiser, rows of product are
collated and transferred onto a platform. Once the layer is
complete, according to the set pattern, the platform, which
has a retracting panel, deposits the layer of products onto
the pallet. Following loading the pallet, which is supported
on a lift mechanism, the pallet is lowered by the height of
one layer to allow for the loading of following layer.
