Tailor-made solutions from meurer
interpack Hall 15 Stand A21/B22

Everything from one source - meurer Verpackungssysteme
of Fürstenau delivers complete final packaging lines from
planning through to commissioning. Every product is different
and demands an individual solution. At the interpack 2008
meurer is presenting more new developments than ever
before.

The new meurer CM/HHS high speed horizontal flow wrapping machine in balcony construction groups beverage packages fully automatically and
subsequently packs them in a full wrap with
shrink film. In the process, the CM/HHS is
convincing with its performance of 160 packs per minute.
The products are supplied from a meurer CM/HSP horizontal buffer.

The new meurer CM/TFS 60 is a combined tray packaging and film wrapping machine. PET bottles, glass bottles, jars, tins or other cylindrical products are grouped and packed selectively in trays with and without film wrapping cover or only packed in film. Performance range: 60 packs/min on one lane; 120 packs/min on two lanes.

The meurer CM/PP Pick & Place Top Loader with integrated carton erector fills cartons with tray packs, whereby intermediate cardboard layers are placed between the packs. The cartons are subsequently sealed with adhesive tape and placed on pallets by the meurer CM/PPA Portal Palletiser. The telescopic gripper column is a new feature on the CM/PPA.

The meurer CM/PP Pick & Place Top Loader with integrated tray erectorr packs bars of a wide variety of sizes. The bars (tubular bag packages) are grouped in different formations and placed in a previously erected tray. The lid is sealed subsequently by means of hot glue.

In addition, the fully automatic CMW/AL 40-B L-sealer and meurer’s tried and tested CM/SB 60-B Stretch Bander were advanced.
